9How long does it take get a mobile application?

Around ten days.

Once created, gomobiApp we will submit your app to the iTunes Appstore or Android Market (as applicable) within 48 hours. It then takes about a week to gain approval. In the highly unlikely event that your app is rejected, we will work with you to make the necessary changes. With gomobiApp, approval is guaranteed.

10How can I update my iPhone application?

1Why should I promote my app?
Apple’s App Store has hundreds of thousands of apps. If you want people to find your app, you'll have to point it out to them in the real world.
2How can I promote my app?

Place a QR code on your business cards, your receipts, your website, or in your printed materials. That way, your customers can download your app straight from their app store. Be sure to use your gomobiApp micro app site. It’s important that people know you have an interesting app.

Pricing Questions

1How much does gomobiApp cost?

You can view our full pricing at our pricing page.

We have three packages to choose from for your business/organisations apps, costs start from £60.00 per month and from £449.00 set up the cost. For apps with in-app purchasing such as takeaways, restaurants etc, the cost is £895.00 set up cost plus £60.00 per month. We currently provide a 20% discount to all non-profit organisations.

2Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! You will always be able to cancel your subscription. If you are subscribed to a monthly or yearly plan, the app will remain active (and published in app stores where applicable) until the date your subscription runs out.
3If I decide to cancel my subscription, what happens to the app?
Your app will continue to run until the end of its current billing period (e.g. end of your current billing month or year). Beyond this period your app will default to the locked screen. Apps that are in the Apple App Store and Google Play will be unpublished from both stores at this time.
4Are there any hidden charges?
No! All paid subscription prices (and set-up costs, where applicable) are clearly displayed on this page and if we offered your organisation a Free App under our Free Plan then it’s absolutely free forever.
5Why do I have to pay a set-up cost?
When paying monthly, all three Basic, Advanced and Premium Plans incur a one-time setup fee, which is due to the manual effort required by our team to submit the app to app stores. As well as the hosting of the app which provides you access to our built-in CMS.
6Why does the Premium Plan cost more?

The difference between the Basic and Advanced Plans and the Premium Plan is that the Basic and Advanced Plans don’t include in-app purchases, product catalogue, and  or food ordering.

Any business owner that subscribes to the Premium Plan will have full marketing training.
